How is Ozone Harmful?
The same chemical properties that allow high concentrations of ozone to react with
organic material outside the body give it the ability to react with similar organic
material that makes up the body, and potentially cause harmful health consequences. Under
Conclusions 1/3 down on this link: When
inhaled, ozone can damage the lungs.
Relatively low amounts can cause chest pain, coughing, shortness of breath, and, throat
irritation. Ozone may also worsen chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and
compromise the ability of the body to fight respiratory infections. People vary widely in
their susceptibility to ozone. Healthy people, as well as those with respiratory
difficulty, can experience breathing problems when exposed to ozone. Exercise during
exposure to ozone causes a greater amount of ozone to be inhaled, and increases the risk
of harmful respiratory effects. Recovery from the harmful effects can occur following
short-term exposure to low levels of ozone, but health effects may become more damaging
and recovery less certain at higher levels or from longer exposures (US EPA, 1996a,
1996b).

Ground level ozone is the prime ingredient of smog, the pollution that
blankets many urban areas during the summer. When inhaled, even at low levels, ozone can
cause respiratory problems and aggravated asthma in children, the elderly, those with
respiratory disease, and even otherwise healthy adults who are working or exercising
outside on a smoggy day. Children are most at risk from exposure to ozone because they are
often active outside in summertime smog. Long-term exposures to ozone may lead to
premature aging of the lungs and chronic respiratory illnesses.
The Hard Facts
The official birthday of EPA "Environmental Protection
Agency" is December 2, 1970. Now, 37 years old and was

According to the above, the EPA was never, and
is not to this day, a medical agency nor does it have a medical staff. It appears that the EPA gained
their authority or "degree" in
medicine. How else can the EPA make medical statements like the ones above? Is the
EPA now in to protecting human organisms?
Another government arm, The Federal Trades Commission (FTC) clearly states: "Subject to the Federal Trades Commission (FTC) Act, Section 5(a)(1), 15 U.S.C. & 45(a)(1). This section references, "At the time of making such representation, respondents possess and rely upon competent and reliable scientific evidence that substantiates the representation."
We the people must comply with the FTC Act. It appears obvious that the EPA or the FDA is immune to FTC laws. Do they have a license to lie to the public? Unfortunately the answer seems to be YES.
To add, the very same EPA that is responsible for the above statements, produced
two years later, in 1999, their Executive Summary report that is completely
the opposite. This study costing the tax payers $300,000.00 that
states: "Microbe
destruction occurs through attack by atomic oxygen and oxygen radicals created by the
plasma. It was furthermore shown that 99.99% of the captured microorganisms could be
destroyed by the short-term application of the One Atmosphere Uniform Glow Discharge
Plasma."
"The principal application is hospital ventilation with secondary applications in
office buildings, schools, and other facilities."

"One Atmosphere Uniform Glow Discharge Plasma" is (One Atmosphere - 15.7 psi at sea level) (Uniform Glow - an ozone generator plate that glows in the dark evenly across the plate) and (Discharge Plasma - the plate expels a gas called ozone.)
Ask yourself, what is atomic oxygen? It is O3, ozone, one more single "O" added to the oxygen molecule O2, oxygen. Then what is cold plasma O3? There must be a difference in manufacturing ozone "O3" if one is hazardous to your health and the other is beneficial. The only diffeence here, is EPA and "FDA" Food and Drug Administration's propaganda.
Obviously, in 1997, the EPA was under the directive of the FDA that had the powers given to them by Congress to utilize other government agencies like "EPA" to do as
they see fit for what ever they see fit.
The 1997 EPA statements above are medical not environmental! It
looks like the FDA is responsible for this propaganda using EPA labeling.

FACTS:
1968 Senator Edward Long holds U.S. Senate hearings where Dr. Herbert Ley, FDA
Commissioner testifies that the FDA "protects" the big drug companies and are subsequently rewarded, and using the government's
police powers they attack those who threaten the big drug companies.
"People think what the FDA is protecting is them. It isn't. What the FDA is doing and
what the public thinks it's doing are as different as night and day."
"First it is providing a means whereby key individuals on its payroll are able to
obtain both power and wealth through granting special favors to certain politically
influential groups that are subject to its regulation. This activity is similar to the
'protection racket' of organized crime: for a price, one can induce FDA administrators to
provide 'protection' from the FDA itself.
Secondly, as a result of this political favoritism, the FDA has become a primary factor in
that formula whereby cartel oriented companies in the food and drug industry are able to
use the police powers of government to harass or destroy their free market competitors.

May 17 — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, guarding the health of 274 million
Americans, is compromised by funding from the drugs industry and pressure from Congress,
the editor of a top British medical journal said Friday (the world’s most
powerful drug watchdog, which regulates products worth over $1 trillion, endangering
the lives of people and being a servant of the pharmaceutical industry.

It is believed that in 1998-99 the EPA was challenged to produce competent and reliable scientific evidence that substantiates the representation. The EPA conducted a study to prove the differences in ozone producing machines, if any, that was questioned in the CSA attack and The Health Canada rebuttal. The EPA hired test at research institutions like: University of Tennessee Plasma Science Laboratory, John Hophins University Applied Physics Lab, University of Maryland, Battelle Memorial Institute, Aberdeen Proving Ground-Edgewood Area and others, prove that cold-plasma generated environments will kill these anaerobic microbial contaminants. One study showed: "The BG spore (anthrax) data indicated that the plasma environment deactivated the bacteria spores with an efficiency of 99.9999%." In simple terms, virtually all of the anthrax was killed by the activated oxygen singlets.
It is apparent, that the 1999 Executive Summary Report, produced by the EPA, gained competent and reliable scientific evidence for the EPA that not only proves but contradicts the alledged FDA's medical dictations in the EPA 1997 report shown above.
BOTTOM LINE: Is your health compromised by politics? Have you got a sick building or home? Could you be liable for a suit due to a sick environment?
You must ignore politics and fix your environment with what works. (3) WHAT IS COLD PLASMA O3
Activated oxygen manufactured by cold plasma generator plates is a relatively new
technology that uses only the O2 molecule and because of
"a no heat process" used in the Odatus®,
it does not produce significantly any other off gasses such as nitric oxide. It is said
that because of cold plasma, man has created the most purest O3
ever made out of ambient air. Simply put, cold plasma breaks the O2
molecule into two single O's without using heat and forces the single O's out through a
restricted space encouraging their escape through a crowded magnetic field reforming
(bonding) them into O3's for a given time. Once made and
thrown out into the environment, a little heat like 90 or so degrees the (half life) of
the O3 is shortened. In the presence of colder air
(60 degrees or less) the half life is prolonged to well over an hour. The
same
science as placing any molecules in a refrigerator to decrease its molecular activity, like milk.
The "cold" in cold plasma is meant as low electric current proposed to
"hot" a high electrical current which of course would cause an arcing.
Arcing like a welding rod causes heat thus influencing other gasses to occur
from ambient air.
A capacitor holds electricity and will severely arc on a discharge. A cold plasma
generator works like a capacitor having a regulated electrical leak allowing the high
voltage to evenly bleed off constantly making very steady clean O3,
no arcing. Dictionary: plasma; Physics. An electrically neutral, highly ionized gas composed of
ions, electrons, and neutral particles. It is a phase of matter distinct from solids,
liquids, and normal gases.
Activated oxygen using cold plasma plates is the obvious prescription for "Sick
Building Syndrome" and enhancing Indoor Air Quality.
